When Abbi became a Mum, she realised that she no longer wanted to work in an office, but wanted to find flexible work that would allow her to focus on her family, while also earning a good income. She decided that freelance writing would work well - and then set about finding out that that actually was!
She learned her trade through the books she borrowed from the library, and honed her skills writing articles for magazines. To earn a more consistent income, she moved into corporate copywriting and later specialised copywriting for evergreen email sequences and sales pages.
When she found other Mums struggling to earn an income around their family, she started to share her experiences so that other Mums, supporting them in starting their own successful freelancing career too.
