About Lynda Heffernan
Lynda Heffernan is a Pavlovian influenced behavioural scientist and NLP executive coach. Alongside individual interpersonal and executive coaching, Lynda works in the mental health, education and corporate development sectors as a coach, consultant and behavioural architect.
Lynda regularly coaches MBA students, entrepreneurs and lectures on topics such as ‘The interplay between gender dynamics, psychopathologies and toxic behaviour in the workplace’, and ‘Mindfulness in busyness’.
She guides her clients in making the small incremental changes in their mindset, that result in large changes in their lives.
